Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Payment
Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept payment via Stripe. Card details are processed securely and are not stored by PIAFEIRA.
Delivery

Returns

Products
PIAFEIRA products are produced in limited runs. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. Handcrafted items may show minor natural variation — this is characteristic of the product, not a defect.

Limitation of Liability

Your Right to Return
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at info@piafeira.com before returning anything.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged and in original packaging where possible.
Items that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for a full refund.
How to Return
- Email info@piafeira.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return address and any instructions.
- Pack the item securely.
- Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- We recommend using a tracked service. PIAFEIRA cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@piafeira.com. We will arrange a return at our expense and offer a replacement or full refund including original shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. PIAFEIRA products are produced in limited runs — if an item requires additional production time, this will be stated on the product page and confirmed by email.
UK Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature on delivery and insurance up to £750.

Delivery times are estimates from the point of dispatch and cannot be guaranteed.
International Delivery
International shipping is available. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees applicable in their country.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@piafeira.com and we will investigate.
Packaging
All PIAFEIRA products are shipped in protective packaging. We aim to minimise waste in our packaging materials.
