What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, your order details and the PTC Code used. When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we keep your message and your contact details. Card details are handled by WooPayments (Stripe) and are never seen or stored by PIAFEIRA.
Why we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to manage returns and refunds, to run the invitation system, and to keep the records the law requires.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: WooPayments (Stripe) for payment, Royal Mail for delivery, Brevo for sending order emails, and Bluehost, which hosts the website. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as UK tax law requires. Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs them.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies for the basket and checkout, and payment cookies set by WooPayments (Stripe) to prevent fraud.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Email piafeira@piafeira.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
