First Run orders
The PIAFEIRA Touring Cap First Run is limited to 10 caps, ordered by invitation with a PTC Code. Each cap is made to order and paid in full at checkout.
Changing your mind before dispatch
You can cancel your order at any time before your cap is dispatched, for a full refund. Email piafeira@piafeira.com with your order number.
After delivery
You have 30 days from the day you receive your cap to return it. You can try it on as you would in a shop. If it comes back worn beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value. Return postage is paid by you. We refund the price, including original delivery, within 14 days of receiving the cap back.
Made-to-measure
Made-to-measure caps are made to your own specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has started, except where faulty.
Faulty items
If your cap is faulty, contact us at piafeira@piafeira.com. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
