Who we are
piafeira.com is run by Eduardo Pereira, trading as PIAFEIRA, [postal address]. Contact: piafeira@piafeira.com.
Ordering
Some PIAFEIRA products can only be ordered with a PTC Code. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card, processed securely by WooPayments (Stripe). Card details are not stored by PIAFEIRA.
First Run
The First Run is limited to 10 caps. Each cap is made to order after your order is placed. We will confirm the expected dispatch date by email when you order. If we expect to be late, we will email you with a new date and the choice of a refund or waiting.
Products
Each cap is made by hand and may show minor natural variation. This is characteristic of the product, not a defect.
Delivery
UK delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Cancellations and returns
As set out in our Refund Policy.
